Very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, close to ski lift, tasty pizza at the bar, friendly staff at bar and during breakfast. Comfortable beds. Great staff at the reception. Convenient parking. Ski rental shop nearby. Bus stop in front. Free ski storage. 

Teola district was worth visiting. Free Wi Fi was a great addition. Perfect for vacation. Very close to bivio club❤

Near the city center and a bus stop. We liked having a kitchen. Easy walk to lupigno kinder club. Perfect place for a city break in Livigno.

Hotel is located far from the city center, requiring a taxi ride in the evening. Limited ski bus schedule, making it difficult to get back to the hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal for skiing, being very close to the slopes with easy access to the ski lift. The hills surrounding the hotel provided a picturesque view. it was convenient to reach 

The cheapest of the zone when I made the booking. Is there a place to keep the bikes. It is clean. The breakfast is good.

The swimming pool close so early. We arrived around 7pm from a bike ride and we booked the hotel with the hope of having a bath in the pool but it was closed when we arrived. I think it should be a service/facility good for clients who arrive from doing sports. A the room, we did not have any phone list and we did not know the reception number, how to call,nothing,.. I did not find that the room was a the level of 4 stars hotel. Old style. Not cosy place. Not well signed the room numbers. I little bit confusing.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the ski lift, making it easy for us to hit the slopes. We loved the cleanliness of the rooms, and the fact that the maid came to clean the room and change 

as we only stayed for the nights sleep there is nothing spcial to say

The ski slopes were conveniently located close to the hotel, making it easy for us to hit the slopes every morning. The free shuttle bus provided a hassle-free way to get to and from the ski slopes,
